About
I am a doctoral researcher in Economics and Management at Lappeenranta–Lahti University of Technology (Finland). My doctoral research includes public and regional knowledge sharing. My research examines how agreements shape coordination, resilience, and value creation in small and medium-sized enterprise ecosystems. I focus in particular on how formally articulated agreements differ from how coordination unfolds in practice, especially in relation to decision-making, accountability, and risk-sharing, and how these differences affect systemic performance over time.
The perspectives developed here draw on exploratory, qualitative research conversations conducted across a wide range of organizational contexts. These inputs are used to surface conceptual patterns and research questions rather than to document or evaluate specific organizations or cases.
This website functions as a public academic workspace. It is used to develop ideas, reflect on emerging patterns, and share working drafts as part of my work as an engaged scholar and applied researcher. Materials published here are exploratory and precede formal academic publication, which follows established institutional processes.
All content reflects my independent academic thinking. It does not represent the views, positions, or practices of any employer, past or present, or of any affiliated institution.
